Never Interact With the App While Driving

Users must not interact with the app while operating a vehicle. Start Driving Mode before you begin driving, and only check or stop tracking after you have safely parked.

Legal Compliance

Follow all applicable traffic laws and local regulations regarding phone use while driving. LuckyMeter's reward system is not a reason to prioritize phone interaction over safe driving.

Location Accuracy

GPS-based tracking has inherent accuracy limitations (for example, in tunnels, dense urban areas, or areas with weak signal). Do not rely on LuckyMeter for navigation or emergency purposes.

Battery and Background Behavior

Driving Mode uses continuous GPS tracking, which increases battery use. Keep your device charged during longer trips where possible.

Emergency Disclaimer

LuckyMeter is not an emergency or safety service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
