LuckyMeter Account & Data Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your LuckyMeter account and associated data from this page. You do not need to reinstall or open the mobile app to submit this request.
Data we delete
Eligible account records, profile details, contact information, app account identifiers, optional community/profile content, support records linked to the account, and reward/account data that is no longer required for the service.
Data we may retain
Some records may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, payment-dispute, security, accounting, backup, or regulatory obligations. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Processing timeframe
We aim to acknowledge requests within 24 business hours where possible and complete eligible deletion within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for the obligations listed above.
