LuckyMeter's Rewards Store is powered by Xoxoday. Available rewards can change, so check the app for current options.
Rewards are issued by Xoxoday, our rewards-store partner. First, check your order history in the app — you can resend the voucher email yourself from there. If that doesn't resolve it, or the code you received doesn't work, contact Xoxoday support directly at cs@xoxoday.com with your order details. Xoxoday's first response is within 4 business hours, and voucher issues typically take 3-7 business days to resolve depending on the vendor.
No. As a rule, an expired gift card's validity cannot be extended, and a gift card cannot be cancelled once it has been issued. Exceptions are only possible by request to the specific vendor and are not guaranteed. Check the expiry date before redeeming, and use the voucher promptly once received.
Contact Xoxoday support at cs@xoxoday.com with your order details. Xoxoday will check with the vendor on your behalf and work to resolve it.
Common reasons include the relevant mode not being enabled, missing permissions, weak signal or motion data, or activity not passing validation. See the Walking Mode and Driving Mode pages for details.
Location is only tracked when Driving Mode is explicitly enabled. LuckyMeter does not collect location data for walking or step-tracking features. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
